Beautiful newly built villa with great sea views in a much sought after area close to Talamanca.

This modern villa is situated in one of the most highly sought-after areas of Talamanca, in the direction of Can Pep Simó.

It offers breathtaking panoramic views of Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town, Formentera, and the sea. The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Ibiza center and a shorter distance from popular spots like Pacha, Destino, Lio, and Talamanca Beach.

The villa is also in proximity to Jesús, where you can find a variety of shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and more.

This newly constructed villa spans three levels and features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (five en-suite and two guest bathrooms). The large terrace includes an outdoor lounge and a summer dining area equipped with a gas barbecue and sink, all of which provide stunning views of Ibiza Town.
