The pool deck is one of the greatest spots to take in the view, but you can see it from anywhere inside, too. Both bedrooms and the main room feature huge sliding glass doors, so whether you prefer the doors open or closed, you’ll never miss that awesome beachfront scenery. You’re also just a stone’s throw from water activity centers, excursion companies, and plenty of other attractions. And did I mention that Beach Kandi sits right in front of Smith’s Reef?

Beach Kandi is ideal for any upscale travelers who want an ultra modern beachfront getaway. This villa is located directly on Grace Bay Beach, an ideal choice for a family or couples’ getaway.
Beach Kandi has direct access to Grace Bay’s powder soft sand from the infinity pool to Smith’s Reef, a snorkeler’s paradise. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are available so guests can spend as much time as possible on the sand. The villa’s spacious patio has a sitting area and lounge chairs bordering the heated pool, and there’s an outdoor shower and BBQ grill around the corner. Beach Kandi seamlessly flows from outside to inside, enhanced by ten foot sliding glass doors that allow the sea breeze to circulate throughout the villa. A sound system runs throughout the fully air-conditioned home, which includes an open-concept Great Room. Watch movies on the pop-up TV, feast around the wooden dining table, or cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted, panoramic ocean and sunset views. The bedrooms have equal amenities, including king-sized beds, TVs, and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathrooms are luxuriously furnished with oversized bathtubs, grand Kohler water-tile shower rooms, exotic tropical wood ceilings, and Italian marble floors.
Beach Kandi is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.
Amongst a small community of exclusive beach villas, Beach Kandi is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Caicos Casino, and Turtle Cove Marina. Furthermore, Beach Kandi is only a 10-minute drive to the airport, 5-minute drive to tennis clubs and a 10-minute drive to the golf club.

Beach Kandi, Turks and Caicos villa review
We have rented this villa 2 years in a row and the view and snorkeling are amazing. We have had some issues with the house and have been treated very well by the management team. It is a great spot to relax and unwind as well as being close to everything!
Shawna is a rockstar and has always been nothing but professional and accommodating. We have booked this villa, Beach Kandi 2 years in a row with Shawna and she has taken care of any detail we have found needed reporting.

I found working with Shawna at Where to Stay a pleasure and would book with her again. The villas had the perfect set up for us. The reef for snorkeling, the option to heat the pool, proximity to town, and the perfect view to wake up to everyday!! We had a few suggestions to improve our future stay at Beach Kandi and Shawna passed our list onto the concierge and followed up with positive results! It was a perfect place to be to celebrate my husbands birthday with dear friends. Gorgeous!!!

40th Anniversary Celebration

As soon as I clicked on the Beach Kandi picture previews I knew this was going to be the perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We had never been to the island before so all of this was new to us but Andrew immediately made me feel comfortable and was eager to help in anyway he could to make this trip special.
As soon as we entered the villa we realized it was even more elegant than the photos on the web site. Everything was well maintained and the size and detail of all the imported wood tables and benches was impressive. Snorkeling on the reef right outside our doorway and the sunsets from our lounge chairs was amazing as well.
I never felt like I was working with Andrew. It felt from the very first conversation that I was catching up with an old friend who had tons of information and was as happy as can be to share it.
Could not ask for better! We will be back for sure!!!
