Hawksbill is a fully staffed beachfront villa loaded with luxury amenities. This villa is located on Grace Bay, spread across a number of separate buildings as a multigenerational retreat.

The grounds feature a long swimming pool with a hot tub to the side, in-pool loungers, and an elevated daybed. On the beach, there’s a chic fire pit and loungers by the sea. Since Hawksbill is on the largely residential, eastern tip of Grace Bay, guests have privacy and tranquility despite being on one of the Caribbean’s most popular beaches. The villa’s extensive stone terrace has several dining and living areas in the shade and sun, all with a stunning ocean view. There’s also a gym, basketball, and a tennis court near the property’s entrance. The main house accommodates the Great Room, which has unrivaled views of Grace Bay and central air-conditioning. There’s plenty of entertainment in the family room, including board games, a flatscreen TV, shuffleboard, and a small library. Hawksbill’s open plan living and dining area is framed by a vaulted ceiling with unique lighting and travertine tile floors. One wall opens to the garden courtyard and the other opens to the back terrace. The kitchen also opens to the back terrace, and has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and mahogany cabinetry.

The Main House holds five of the estate’s bedrooms, which all have ensuite bathrooms. There’s also a king sofa bed in the living room. On the lower level, two suites have ocean views and two are set up as kids’ rooms. The ocean view suites both have a king bed, flatscreen TV, exterior access, and seating. One ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and the other ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and an outdoor shower garden. The kids bedrooms both have flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and a shower; the other has a twin/king bunk, a tub, and a shower. Follow the walnut staircase up to the master suite and step through sliding glass doors to a private balcony. The suite has a king bed, a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and balcony seating. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s another master suite with tons of privacy. The suite has a king bed, access to its own terrace, and a double shower with ocean views. Lastly, there’s a Guest House behind the Main House with its own kitchen and living space. The Guest House has ocean views, a dining terrace, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One suite has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and dual vanity. The other suite has a double bed, a twin bed, and a flatscreen TV.
