Oceanfront views with tropical surroundings!
Ocean Palms sits along the coast of Turtle Tail on an acre of private land. This fully air-conditioned villa offers guests stunning views of the turquoise sea and is minutes from golf, tennis, and shops.
The villa’s private dock leads to the sea, so guests can explore the coast in the villa’s kayaks and water sports equipment or take a nap in the hammocks with waves crashing below. Luscious palms surround the home, and the Main House has its own gazebo with a swing where guests can sip cocktails as the sun goes down. Kids can splash around in the pool’s wading area or float around in the larger section. Loungers on the wooden deck surround the pool, with nothing obstructing the view beyond. Al fresco dining and lounging under the veranda leads into the living room, which has high ceilings and cheery decor that mimics the home’s tropical surroundings. Watch TV on the flatscreen or cuddle into the armchair with a magazine to relax the night away. Portraits and wall hangings decorate the home, and a seashell chandelier gracefully hangs over the formal dining room. Sea blue backsplash in the gourmet kitchen adds a pop of color to the stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
Ocean Palms has three bedrooms in the Main House and a guest cottage a few steps away. In the Main House, both the king and queen suite open to the pool deck, have ensuite bathrooms, and enjoy ocean views. The third suite has two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access. The fourth suite is in the guest cottage, and has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa. There’s also a mini fridge, so cottage guests don’t have to go to the Main House for everything. All four of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, TVs, and ceiling fans. Mid-week housekeeping will maintain the home so guests can relax.
Ocean Palms is near fantastic snorkeling at a sunken shipwreck and vibrant coral reefs. Grace Bay is only 10 minutes away, where guests can find supermarkets, water sports, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars.

Ocean Palms Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
This home is amazing!!! We love it! We’ve stayed twice now and are planning the next two times to come back and stay. It’s very quiet and remote and stocked with everything you need! The location is breathtaking! You feel you have the island to yourself! There are items for the pool and beach right at your fingertips. The home is amazingly clean and top notch beds:) The views are endless and sunsets are ones you’ll never forget! The staff that helps is readily available. And they are super helpful with any and all things. You are close to grocery and entertainment/restaurants. We would highly recommend a car to explore the island. Extremely reasonable pricing too. Grace Bay Car Rentals for a 4 door jeep wrangler for $1100 is outstanding for over a week, and the service was superb. So many fun things to do like the Love Buggies, which actually drive by the property twice a day! We plan to visit several times a year and will always stay at our new “home” away from home.

Exactly like the pictures. Great villa and pool (could definitely get to the water on stairs, but water was a little choppy daily for our family). Had plenty of pool toys, new umbrella for beach, beach chairs, and even some water shoes
So we chose to go to different beaches daily and then spend the second half of the day in the pool. Grill was great, quiet area, comfortable beds, A/C’s are metered, but our bill was approx. $100 for 5 days (ran A/C pretty much all night). Overall food places were pretty good, albeit expensive. But some were more mediocre than others.

This was our first time to TCI. We absolutely loved it! We are so glad we found our Villa through where to stay. The process was flawless and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. The view was breathtaking. We spent hours in the hammocks. It was hands down our favorite spot! We can’t wait to go back and do it all over again!

Ocean Palms was a beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the water. Everything was neat and clean, plenty of towels for both showers and beach, and easily accessible to the IGA food market and various restaurants.
Andrew was great as well as Lori and Sharon in making reservations for dinner. Andrew kept in touch and quickly answered any questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience.
