Contemporary villa with phenomenal views!
Sandy Bottom sits on Providenciales’ south shores overlooking the turquoise Caicos Banks. Not only does this villa have design inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, it’s also fully air-conditioned and solar-powered.
The villa has a small private beach, and there’s a built-in fire pit on the sand for evenings under the stars. The villa’s exterior is crisp and modern, with an oceanfront infinity pool and an elevated lounge area. A sunken bar and grill is next to the pool, and there’s a daybed surrounded by glass windows attached to the pool. The elevated lounge area holds living and dining space and leads into the kitchen. Inside, the kitchen has bar seating for five and a dining table for ten. The kitchen is outfitted with sleek cabinetry and stainless steel, built-in appliances. Sandy Bottom’s open-concept common area features a music system and cable TV for guests’ enjoyment.
This beachfront home has four bedrooms spread throughout two levels. The pool level has three king suites, and level two holds the master suite. One of the pool level suites can be made up with twin beds or a king bed. The master suite offers an elevated view of the Caicos Banks and panoramic views of Flamingo Lake. All four suites have a flatscreen TV with cable, an ocean view, and exterior access. The third level is designed as a guest lounge with large, comfortable furnishings and gorgeous views of Turtle Tail, Flamingo Lake, and the Caicos Banks.
Grace Bay is less than ten minutes away, and there’s several restaurants and activities to visit. The villa is maintained by daily housekeeping, so guests can fully relax at Sandy Bottom.

Sandy Bottom, Turks and Caicos villa review
Sandy Bottom Villa was excellent. Property location was perfect for us. Private beach, large pool and beautiful home. Staff (Morris & Kenzie) were excellent and took care of everything. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards were made available along with beach towels. Rooms were large and comfortable. Only issue with property was appliances which needs to be addressed.
Andrew was excellent.
This house is exactly what we saw online and was absolutely perfect!!!
Sandy Bottom, Turks and Caicos villa review
This house was absolutely amazing and was a perfect fit for our family of 7 (or 4 couples). The furnishings and bedrooms were sizable and comfortable and exactly as pictured. The kitchen/dining/family room was a great size and perfect for those who wanted to play games, those that wanted to watch TV and those that wanted to cook and be included in all of the fun. The property is well kept and in a great location and Morris the butler was the best. Andrew and his crew at Where to Stay were really great to work with and made planning massages, restaurants, take-out and boat trips easy. Well done.
They were great to work with! They were very helpful navigating the Covid dilemma. They also provided detailed details/reviews for restaurants on the island, car rentals (which included a discount), boating companies and on location massage companies. I have had issues with VRBO and the quality of homes that I have rented but working with Andrew was great. He searched the island for many options and helped me find the perfect house!

Sandy Bottom is absolutely breathtaking! It looks even better in person than it does online. The villa is clean, and the Butler service was amazing! The house is extremely modern and exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the awesome pool, which has the most amazing views of the ocean. We are planning to make Sandy Bottom an annual trip!
Andrew helped us every step of the way through booking our villa. He made sure our stay was perfect. You HAVE to book through him! He will make sure your stay is perfect.

Sandy Bottom Villa is an experience of a lifetime! The villa and its beachfront property are exactly as they look in the pictures. It is an oasis of luxury and warmth. Our family enjoyed this vacation at Sandy Bottom more than any other vacation we have had before. The villa, pool, beach, and miles of secluded and pristine water to swim in created a dream vacation. Also, the service staff at the villa was top-notch and very friendly. Our vacation at Sandy Bottom exceeded our expectations.
This was the second consecutive year we have worked with Andrew and WhereToStay. Every part of our trip was perfectly handled, including booking the villa, instructions for the villa, suggestions for restaurants and activities, and the onsite staff who were there daily to make sure all our needs were met. We experienced this level of excellence last year with Andrew, and that’s why we worked with him again this year and will continue to work with him on our future trips. Andrew, thank you for making our stay at Sandy Bottom a trip we will always remember and treasure.
