Ardisia is one of the best choices for a luxurious St. John vacation. It has chic decor, luxury amenities, and five spacious bedrooms with tons of privacy and ocean views. The entertainment system is top notch, the kitchen belongs in a design magazine, and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, views, and exterior access.

Luxury living in a central location!
Ardisia is located in Great Cruz Bay only minutes from Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches. This five-bedroom villa is one of the finest examples of luxury living, and is ideal for families and large groups.
Located on the water with a huge pool, Ardisia offers direct access to a rocky cove. Beach towels, coolers, and bags are available for a day by the sea. Loungers sit on the sand, and an exterior staircase leads up to the pool and sundeck. The villa’s infinity-edge pool measures 850 square feet around and stretches down to the beach level. Four outdoor showers are available so guests can rinse off after a swim, and the veranda’s loungers, armchairs, and dining nooks provide plenty of space to relax. The gazebo shades a spacious living room, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel barbecue grill.
Ardisia’s interior is elegantly decorated and luxuriously designed, with carefully selected furnishings, top end appliances, and central air-conditioning. The glamorous entryway is marked by two opposing staircases and a cozy sitting area. French doors open to the terrace and draw in the harbor view. The Great Room has an all-white interior with avant garde accents, a 70” flatscreen TV with Chromecast, a BluRay/DVD player, and tons of seating. A reclaimed wood dining table sits beneath a glass tendril chandelier. The kitchen’s all-white cabinetry is accented with sparkling backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Windows and French doors abound throughout the Great Room, so guests can take in the view and sunshine wherever they are. There’s a high chair and pack and play available for guests’ use, and an office and laundry room are on the other side of the entryway.
Each of Ardisia’s five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, with four suites in the Main House and the fifth in a beachside cottage. A king suite sits opposite the Great Room and is equipped with direct terrace access, hillside and harbor views, and an outdoor shower. Upstairs, the three bedrooms each open to the balcony. Two bedrooms have king suites and outdoor showers, with a balcony framing two sides. The other bedroom has two twin beds with trundles that can be made up as a king, an outdoor shower, and a smaller balcony. Each of these four suites has seating and contemporary design. The fifth beach level bedroom is under the cabana and has direct access to the beach. It’s equipped with a king bed, a study, armchairs, and a tub and shower.
Great Cruz Bay is largely residential, and only a short drive from Cruz Bay, the island’s main region. Cruz Bay has restaurants, stores, and a ferry port. Ardisia villa is ideal for any family or a group of couples who want a tranquil, chic retreat on St. John.

And I'm Hard To Impress
Ardisia Villa, St. John villa review
The Adrisia villa has an excellent floorplan with quality throughout. All rooms are oversized to provide ample privacy and allow 10 people to spread comfortably. Beds, linens and towels and pool towels are top quality. All 5 bedroom baths have double sinks, and 7 bathrooms in all. The pool bath gives you an idea of the thought that went into planning of this house. The separate 5th bedroom or “Grandparents Suite” is genius for quiet solitude and privacy.
The kitchen is well provisioned with quality cookware, bakeware, spices, blenders, coffee maker & grinder, ample dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, hand towels, even food storage containers for leftovers.
Most rental homes or condos supply a minimal amount of dish, laundry soap, and essential household items. The starter sets were more than sufficient for a weeks stay.
This is one of the few beach/ocean front properties on St John with easy private access to Great Cruz Bay.
One service not provided was trash. You will need to take all trash to a local dumpster, an issue without a car. Taxi services will not allow trash in their vehicles.
The management team is a pleasure to work with. A greeter shows you the property, ensures a flawless stay, making family memories that will last a lifetime.
Snorkel trip with Captainjug.com is outstanding for family outings with a private cabin/bathroom, a must for children. Captain Jug and first mate, Rebecca, are very accommodating and personable in planning your day on the water.
I have dealt with many homes/condos on many islands over many years. Where to stay, Shawna, Sharon and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with. Shawna was more than patient with my needs and sense of urgency in booking our stay. Thank you again for accommodating my request.

The villa was beautiful with non-stop views. It’s very close to all of the amenities of Cruz Bay, but incredibly private at the same time. We’ll definitely book this villa again.
WhereToStay.com, and Betsy in particular, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive. We’d certainly use the service again.

Great house to rent, all rooms are about the same size, nice large kitchen, pool and outside area are amazing features. We ended up staying at the villa a lot more than we thought.
Shawna and team were always available before and during the stay.

Ardisia is stunning. Our family of 9 loved it. Fabulous decor throughout. We felt like we were staying at a movie star’s home! Home is very well laid out and comfortable. Great to have a bedroom on the first floor and a separate unit away from the action. The kitchen is gourmet throughout. Loved the villa.

From the minute you step into Ardisia Villa and every minute you are there, Ardisia brings a sense of serenity and peace from its architectural design to how it captures the beauty of St. John. You will certainly not be disappointed with your stay here.
I am not sure where to even begin in describing how wonderful Shawna and her team were in helping us with our visit to St. John. Shawna was patient and open to what we were looking for and was always available to answering our questions and concerns. Even through the challenges of the pandemic, she was with us every step of the way.

We’ve stayed at many villas in St John over the years but Ardisia is undoubtedly our favorite. The location in Great Cruz Bay is convenient to town. It has every amenity you can think of and is beautifully designed. The outdoor area is as spacious as it is beautiful.
