Beach Enclave Beach Front at Grace Bay enjoys 100 feet of private beachfront on Turks and Caicos’s most desired destination. From signature butler service to the infinity-edge pool, this property exudes luxurious Caribbean charm.
The modern exterior blends beachfront convenience with enviable exclusivity. Each villa enjoys a full acre of beachfront property, and a row of tiki torches separate the pool and sundeck from the sea without obstructing the gorgeous sunset views. A wooden deck with cushioned armchairs and a sofa floats above the sand, while a row of loungers and a Jacuzzi tub rest on the adjacent deck. The infinity-edge pool borders the lounging deck and is anchored with more loungers on the other side. Behind the pool, guests can cook in the outdoor kitchen, dine al fresco, or relax around the open-air living area. There is also a fire pit for late-night s’mores and happy hours. Sleek, straight lines and elevated ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere that seamlessly blends the lines between the exterior and interior.
Walls of sliding glass doors open the Great Room to the ocean and sunset views. Vaulted ceilings and streamlined decor adds a feeling of Zen to the impressively sized Great Room. In the living area, guests can sink into plush seating and enjoy movies on the flatscreen TV. The dining table sits a few steps up and accommodates 12 guests next to sliding glass doors. Beach Enclave Beach Front’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous storage and prep space, a bar cart, seating, luxury cookware, and access to the outdoor dining set. The five bedrooms are spread across two levels, four of which have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two oceanfront master suites, one on the pool level and one on the upper level. Both have exterior access to a private terrace or balcony, a flatscreen TV, an outdoor shower, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The other two king suites both have a flatscreen TV and a walk-in shower. The fifth and final bedroom is on the upper level and has two twin beds, a half bath, and a flatscreen TV.
Guests at Beach Enclave can enjoy resort amenities and five-star service from butlers and private chefs. In-villa spa services, a fitness center, a kids’ club, and basketball, tennis and bocce courts are all available onsite. Yoga, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking and kiteboarding are also available. Grace Bay’s restaurants, shops, and activities are within a short drive.
