If you’re ready for a Caribbean escape with views galore, then Eaglesnest is the place for you. It’s location on Contant Point gives you panoramic views of Great Cruz Bay, St. Thomas and on out to St. Croix. The villa is large enough to accommodate families or friends traveling together, and the 3 separate bedrooms are private and comfortable. When you stay here, though, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outside on the huge deck by the swimming pool. There is plenty of space to lounge, enjoy a meal, or rest in the hammock - all while enjoying the fantastic views!

Magnificent bird's eye views of St. Thomas and St. Croix!
Eaglesnest sits high on Contant Point overlooking Great Cruz Bay. The villa has incredible bird’s eye views of St. Thomas and St. Croix and has a large swimming pool with endless ocean views. Designed for easy living, Eaglesnest has no steps to the front door, inside access to two of the bedrooms, and a convenient drive-through driveway. From the moment you park under the covered carport, you’ll know this is a very special property.
The dining and living areas form a large Great Room with a high vaulted ceiling. Indoor entertainment includes a TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo with CD and cassette tape player.
Ceiling fans throughout the house keep you comfortably cool even on the warmest of island days, and the expansive windows offer a panoramic view of Great Cruz Bay.
Prepare your meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen which features roomy cabinets and counter space, dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, coffee maker, and blender.
Eat at the serve-across bar (which connects the kitchen to the dining area) or at the large dining table. Or, head outdoors to the dining table on the upper deck and enjoy the amazing view.
All three bedroom suites are equipped with air-conditioning, and two of the three king-size beds can be turned into twins. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Each of the bathrooms on the main level have a walk-in shower with built-in stone benches. Sunrise greets you through the bedroom windows in the master bedroom suite. Sliding glass doors provide direct access from each bedroom to the south-facing decks.
While two of the bedrooms are on the main level and have inside access, the third is on the lower level of the house adjacent to the swimming pool. Access is via an exterior stairway on the side of the house.
The inviting third bedroom is spacious with an open feel. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the boats sail in and out of the bay. A few feet away, the large pool is waiting.
The pool at Eaglesnest has lighting for night use, spa-style jets, a seating ledge, and a safety railing for exit/entry. Lounge on the comfortable poolside furniture and sip your favorite tropical drink. A safety gate blocks the pool entrance.
The lower pool deck makes a great lounging area, and best of all the hammock stands ready for an afternoon siesta!

BEST VACATION EVER
Eaglesnest Villa, St. John villa review
This villa is truly amazing! We were a group of six adults visiting the island for the first time. The house had everything we needed. Large covered porches to gather when it is raining. Gorgeous views from every room in the house. Lots of information in books left for guests to assist with daily adventures. A very private location just outside of town. We would definitely rent again! Thank you so much. WhereToStay made planning easy!!
Every detail was covered from start to finish with ease including travel from different places for several members of our group.

Eaglesnest Villa, St. John villa review
This villa exceeded our expectations. The layout was great with a large open living space and kitchen, and two separate bed/bath in the main area. The extra bed/bath on the lower level was great for the grandparents to have some quiet time. The view and decks were spectacular for both sunrise and sunset.
Betsy was always very responsive and helpful.

Without question, Eaglesnest villa was an exceptional rental with all the amenities one could ask for. Spent 9 days there over the Thanksgiving holiday and could not have been more pleased with location, easy access to Cruz Bay businesses, pool/deck areas and view high above Great Cruz bay. Kitchen was well stocked, AC in bedrooms was phenomenal and everything at the villa was first class and in excellent working order. Having stayed in numerous villas in St. John at over the course of many years, this villa exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Eaglesnest to future visitors to the island.
Can not say enough good things about WhereToStay website and working with Shawna. Took care of everything and made our vacation one of the best. Very easy to work with and helped us throughout the process with all phases of our travel arrangements.
Perfect location and view
Eaglesnest Villa, St. John villa review
This was our fourth stay at Eaglesnest villa. It has a lot going for it. Number one is the location and view. Eaglesnest is close to town and looks over Great Cruz Bay, one of the prettiest bays on island in my opinion. The location makes it very easy to run into town for dinner or to do shopping. The other thing we love about the villa is it is very well stocked with just about anything you would want or need. If you plan to cook while on vacation you will find everything you need to prepare a meal and then enjoy it out on the deck gazing at the ocean and St Croix in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and escape from the craziness of 2020.
My experience with Betsy was very pleasant. When we called with a small issue she returned my call quickly. I have already recommended Where to Stay to a friend of mine who plans to rent Eaglesnest next April.

Eaglesnest Villa, St. John villa review
The deck and pool area were great, the rest of the villa was ok. The living room could use more seating and more comfortable seating, what was there was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. The living room and kitchen need some updating, bedrooms were fine, terrible sheets, bathrooms nice and big. We loved to sit on the deck and watch the boats come and go, the view was amazing. We also enjoyed hearing and seeing the goats out on the point. I was disappointed there wasn’t any condiments, it would have been nice to have some basic things like that, which we are used to from staying in other villas on the island.
