Know Before You Go...

With a pool that goes on forever and panoramic views, I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t love Ginger Villa. I really love the decor, and the year-round sunset view doesn’t hurt either.

The best view of any villa on the island!

Ginger Villa is located in Petite Saline, high in the hills above Lorient. Panoramic views and year-round sunsets add natural beauty to this well-designed villa.

A long driveway leads up the hill to the main deck, which was placed adjacent to the house to face the view. A large dining area, which accommodates 12 guests, is located between the pool and living room. The massive 60-ft. pool leads to the gazebo, sun deck, a grill area, and lounge deck, which is partially shaded by palm trees.

The indoor living area opens to the view and pool deck. The gourmet kitchen sits behind the sofa for a seamless space. The well-equipped kitchen is well designed for easy cooking while enjoying the view.

Three bedrooms are situated on either side of the living area, and all three open to the pool deck. Each bedroom comes with a queen bed, U.S. and French satellite TV, a dressing area, and ensuite bath. Each bathroom has an indoor shower, which can be fully opened to the outside, and large windows that look out on a private garden.

On the lower level are 2 additional bedrooms that are slightly smaller, with less open bathrooms. The Jacuzzi sits in front of these two bedrooms, surrounded by comfortable seating. The large fitness room on this level includes an additional kitchen for convenience.
