A nature preserve with diverse sea life surrounds the villa, and the child-friendly beach and gentle waters provide ample opportunity adventures. Palm trees shade the sand surrounding Koha Kai, and wooden decks wrap around the exterior. The villa’s infinity pool sits in the center of the oceanfront deck, and a hammock hangs between two palms. Further down the beach, there’s a hanging daybed beneath a thatched-roof palapa. Guests can head up to the rooftop deck for sunset views or sip cocktails from the outdoor bar around the corner. The bar connects to the butler’s pantry via an outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink. There’s also a furnished balcony directly above the pool where guests can kick back and relax.

Balinese decor brings harmony to the modern architecture, from the Great Room to the veranda. Sliding glass doors and vaulted ceilings blend the lines between the interior and exterior, and ample seating provides room to relax. The Great Room acts as the home’s center between the kitchen, dining, home theatre, and bedroom suites. The kitchen is equipped with sleek hidden appliances, a butler’s pantry, a wet bar, and a dining area that opens to the pool deck. Dual staircases lead upstairs to three bedrooms, a library, and a study.
Each of Koha Kai’s bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom, exterior access, and an AppleTV. The king suite on the ground level opens to the pool deck and the three king suites upstairs open to private balconies. The study has a queen murphy bed, and allows it to act as an additional bedroom. Koha Kai’s bungalow is ideal for a family because it holds a master suite and a bunk room with two twin bunks. Both the master suite and the bunk room have exterior access only. The master suite also offers an outdoor shower.
