Alegria Villa is a 4,700-square-foot oceanfront home with Italian architecture and stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The pastel sunsets reflect off the sea, and there’s nothing to obstruct the panoramic view.
The villa features an infinity edge pool with a hot tub and lap pool. The stone patio stretches across the back of the home with umbrellas, daybeds, and loungers to relax on. The veranda holds more seating and a gas BBQ grill. There’s also a personal indoor, air-conditioned fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, and Pilates equipment. There’s an outdoor shower around the corner amidst lush gardens. Alegria is a 20-second paved walk to Sandy Point Beach for swimming and snorkeling. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a garden courtyard with a fountain, winding stone paths, and towering palm trees.
Inside, the villa has a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and media room. The living room has a library, lounge, and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are dining areas for both casual and formal entertaining. The media room has a flatscreen TV, entertainment system, and plush sectional. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and one has two full beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large shower or tub. Two of the king suites have an outdoor shower, and the third king suite is in a separate cottage. Daily housekeeping maintains the villa.
The property is a short drive to the Anguilla Tennis Academy, and is in close proximity to all of the island’s high end restaurants in the west end.

Fabulous Villa with a breathtaking view of St. Maarten!
Alegria Villa, Anguilla villa review
We had a wonderful time on our vacation at Alegria. The house was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was perfect. We had everything we need. Pool and grounds were beautifully maintained.
We spent a lot of our time outside on the patio enjoying the pool and the view.
Lovely restaurants are everywhere; we especially enjoyed Blanchard’s Beach Shack for casual, and Veya for a spectacular dining experience. Our favorite beach was Rendezvous.
Stay at Alegria-you won’t be sorry!!

Fabulous Birthday Celebration
Alegria Villa, Anguilla villa review
We chose Villa Alegria for a special birthday celebration along with two other couples. The house and setting are truly spectacular. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, sipping rum punches and enjoying the spectacular view of St. Maarten in the distance. Highlights:
1) a private dinner prepared by Chef Tyronne that was incredibly fresh and delicious
2) lunch at Gwen’s on Sunday with music, great people and wonderful laid back vibe. We also had a fun afternoon swimming and sunning at Smokey’s on another day.
3) Birthday dinner at Santorini at CuisinArt Resort
But truly, the house made the vacation. From the beautiful and tasteful decor, to the thoughtful touches everywhere, and the excellent care that Angela provided each day.
We hope to be back ... and stay even longer.

This is our new favorite villa.
Alegria Villa, Anguilla villa review
My family and I recently stayed at Alegria Villa in Anguilla after our other accommodations fell through. It is a brand new villa, so we were not familiar with it. We will never stay anywhere else now.
The villa is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and feels like home. It has been beautifully decorated, and there are so many artistic touches to it. That is just the inside. Outside is gorgeous, too. My entire family loved the huge pool and all of the exterior living spaces. Then it was just a pathway down to a great little beach!
It was a perfect holiday, and we were taken care of perfectly by the attentive managers and staff. We will definitly be back.
