Even the villa itself offers several open spaces, but also has fully independent suites with equal amenities and ocean views. Every amenity is top-of-the-line, from the kitchen appliances to the modern walk-in closets.

Alkera is an elegant, gated villa with a hillside location above Shoal Bay East. Enviable ocean views and convenient access to white sand beaches accompanies the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and tranquility.
The sunlit patio gives way to a heated, infinity-edge pool with a stunning ocean view. A small, wooden bridge crosses over the pool and leads to a floating pavilion with two loungers. Lush greenery borders the outdoor kitchen, bar, and dining area. One of Alkera’s most luxurious amenities is buried just below its surface. This subterranean lounge features vaulted ceilings, low lighting, and exposed limestone. Hammocks and benches are tucked away around the property, as well as an open-air shower. The home gym is generously equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bench, weights, a flatscreen TV, a stationary bike, and accessories.
Glass paneled doors, panoramic ocean views, soaring ceilings, and an open-concept floor plan creates an open, airy atmosphere throughout the interior. The villa’s expansive common area opens to the patio and features crisp nautical hues throughout the furnishings and decor. The living room features two flatscreen TVs and a curved, velvet sofa. There’s a small lounge on the opposite side of the common area, as well. The extended dining table seats 10 guests in the center of the space, and there is more seating available at the adjacent breakfast bar. In the kitchen, there’s a full range of state-of-the-art appliances including a double oven, a hidden fridge/freezer, a gas range and grill, and a coffee maker. Guests can work or study in the private home office, which enjoys ocean views, an egg chair, a plush sofa, and a desk.
Each of Alkera’s opulent bedroom suites has exterior or terrace access, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Glass panels frame panoramic ocean views, and modern walk-in showers or bathtubs add luxury. On the main level, there are three queen suites and one king suite. On the lower level there is one queen with garden views.
Alkera enjoys a convenient, yet tranquil location near Shoal Bay Beach’s white sands, restaurants, and bars. The villa is staffed with daily housekeeping, a butler, and a manager.
