There is a main house and a guest house, and both have bedrooms with exterior access, ensuite bathrooms, and ocean views. No matter where you end up sleeping, you can expect a gorgeous view right outside your window. Best of all, there’s a path leading right to Sandy Point Beach!

Beach Escape Villa is appropriately named, with an oceanfront location on Sandy Point Beach. The villa is made up of a main house and a guest house, which both open to gorgeous ocean views.
Sunlight glistens off the waves just beyond the beach’s silky sand. An expansive sundeck surrounds the 14 x 35 ft pool, which has a shallow end for kids and a deep end for practicing cannonballs. Loungers and lush landscaping border the deck, and an outdoor lounge rests a few steps up from the pool. Turkish towels cover wide couches around a large coffee table in the center of the lounge. An outdoor dining area seats 6 across from the pool, and an overhanging umbrella provides optional shade. Beach Escape’s manicured lawn not only creates a gorgeous frame for the villa, it also provides the perfect spot for afternoon barbecues and picnics by the grill. A charcoal grill and a wooden prep counter creates space for easy cooking. Have fun in the sun with the villa’s beach volleyball court and snorkeling equipment.
Inside the open interior, natural light pours into the media room, lounge, and kitchen. Nautical elements draw the outside in, and air-conditioning aids the island breeze. The media room is outfitted with plush couches, an entertainment system, and an Apple TV. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a wine fridge, and an EVO grill. The kitchen opens to a fully screened patio with a dining table and lounging space. A SONOS sound system runs throughout the villa. On the second floor, there are two master suites. Natural light and ocean views stream into the hallway between both suites. Wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings compliment impressive views of the sea and St. Martin. The master suites offer king beds, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with showers and soaking tubs. Housekeeping six days per week maintains the villa’s five-star service.
Lounge chairs, al fresco dining, and bougainvillea outfit the guest house’s exterior. A private patio covered by a pergola draped in ivy provides an intimate space to relax in the fresh air. Inside, a comfortable lounge and game room opens to the twin suite. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The guest house’s master suite features a sitting area with a library, a workspace, and a flatscreen TV. The four-poster king bed and ensuite bathroom with a rain shower create a sense of luxury. This suite opens to the beach and sits near the twin suite, which is perfect for families. Upstairs, there is another master suite with exterior access, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony with jaw-dropping views. The suite’s kitchenette offers a sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker.
Beach Escape Villa is minutes from Blowing Point Ferry Terminal. Several restaurants and activities are within a short drive, and the grocery store is less than five minutes from the villa.
