If you want a private pool and close proximity to the beach, Beach Palm Villa won’t disappoint. It has one of the best values due to it’s location, with just a 2-minute walk to Meads Bay beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a private saltwater pool. Stroll over to the beach and find your chaise lounges and umbrellas ready for you to enjoy all that Meads Bay beach has to offer.

Beach Palm Villa is a two-bedroom vacation rental within walking distance of Meads Bay Beach. This villa is perfectly sized for two couples or a small family.
Lush gardens surround the property and private pool. A stone deck borders the pool, and loungers with umbrellas are available for enjoying cocktails and a good book. A leisurely walking path next to the villa leads to Meads Bay. On the beach, chaise lounges and beach umbrellas are set up for the exclusive use of Beach Palm guests. Guests at Beach Palm also have complimentary access to Carimar Resort’s tennis courts.
Beach Palm is decorated with rattan furnishings and terra cotta floors. It houses a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a wide selection of books. The living room has a flatscreen TV and opens to the pool deck through wooden sliding screens. The large kitchen has modern appliances, an open design, and an semi-circle window overlooking the gardens. A round dining table sits nearby, and seats six. Both air-conditioned bedrooms have their own shaded patios and ensuite bathrooms. The king suite also has a flatscreen TV with satellite. The twin suite has two beds that can be made up as a king. A housekeeper maintains the villa and is off on Sundays and holidays.
Beach Palm is located minutes from beachfront restaurants, water excursions, and the Malliouhana Resort. Larger groups can also rent Coconut Palm for a total of 5 bedrooms between the two homes.

Beach Palm Villa, Anguilla villa review
We spent a week at Beach Palm villa during spring break. This incredibly well-equipped home was perfect for our family of four. Our 6- and 7-year old girls loved having the private pool, and we all enjoyed the perfect temperature of the water and nice views. The set-up is great, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the air-conditioning worked great, and there are tons of towels for both the bathrooms and pool. The laundry worked well. The housekeeping service was incredible, and was just like being at a hotel!
The pantry was stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, sugar, coffee, etc. which was nice even though we ate most of our meals at Anguilla’s excellent restaurants. The beach is a short walk away, and the chairs and umbrellas were nice to have when we weren’t in the gorgeous ocean. Meads Bay has many good restaurants and we enjoyed being a short walk to them.
This is a wonderful spot on a fantastic island. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Villa in a perfect location
Beach Palm Villa, Anguilla villa review
We loved the beauty and simple elegance of the Villa, well decorated, the location was fabulous! The beach access was fabulous on Meads Bay, perfect to have access to the chairs and beach umbrellas down by the beach. Surrounded by great restaurants. Jacala Restaurant was our favorite!!! We walked there up the beach several days for a long lunch, bottle of wine, food fabulous! Ocean front dining fantastic. We loved having access to wireless internet and TV, though we did not watch too much, it was nice to feel somewhat connected with news in US, etc. Oh, and I would be remiss to not mention the 2 lovely women housekeepers, who came in daily for us. They were so helpful when we had questions and they were so kind and efficient every day. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. We slept well!
Honestly, I cannot say anything bad about the place. It exceeded all our expectations! The construction across street was not ideal, but really did not detract from anything for us. They were quiet and never disruptive to our stay.
It was our first Villa experience and the only thing that would have made it better would have been to have stayed longer! Next time!

Fabulous Villa in Paradise!

We had stayed at Coconut Palm Villa a few years back and loved it. Beach Palm Villa was just as fabulous. Clean, comfortable, with a spectacular location—-steps from Meads Bay which in our opinion is the best beach in the world. Housekeeping was wonderful and would even do our laundry if asked. House was stocked with every needed supply including snorkel gear, beach chairs, and bug spray. We would definitely stay at Beach Palm again!
We have rented villas throughout the Caribbean via WhereToStay.com over the years and have always had a positive experience. We have worked with Shawna mulitple times. She is a truly a professional.
