Meads Bay Beachfront is an intimate, two-bedroom villa steps away from Meads Bay’s powder soft sand. This Caribbean resort community consists of four modern, two-bedroom villas that are all operated like a boutique hotel, with a personalized experience for each guest.
This villa has direct access to a stunning beach and turquoise waters, and it also has a private pool. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas let guests customize where and how they relax. The interior is so cozy and warm, it’s easy to forget that one of Anguilla’s most popular beaches is right outside. The living area and kitchen are united under vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The living room has a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and access to the pool, while the kitchen has dining space, stainless steel appliances, a blender, wine storage, and a coffeemaker. WiFi runs throughout the villa. Both bedrooms open to the pool deck and have an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. One suite has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be made up as a king. There’s also a half bath in the common area.
Some of the best restaurants and hotels on Anguilla are within walking distance of Meads Bay Beachfront, and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive away. The villa and resort are staffed with housekeeping, security, a caretaker, manager, and concierge.

Meads Bay Beachfront, Anguilla villa review
Meads Bay Bechfront villa is amazing! You are literally just steps away from the softest sand and most beautiful water! The villa itself is so nice and you could not ask for better staff! Everyone was so helpful! It was a little windy two days while we were there because of a tropical storm below the island but sitting on the deck by the pool was perfect! You had the view of the beach and the water without being hit with the sand. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon! We have visited several islands in the Caribbean and this is our new favorite place/beach.
Shawna has done it again! She helped us book our trip to St. Barth two years ago and both have been perfect. She is so helpful and wonderful to work with! She knew what we were looking for in a place and the beach and she did not go wrong in recommending Meads Bay. She took care of booking everything for us. She answered all of our questions quickly. We look forward to working with Shawna again soon!
