If you’re looking for luxury, Nevaeh has it in abundance. Not only does it sit on a gorgeous, private piece of Long Bay, it also has 1.35 acres of lush, tropical gardens and endless amenities. Nevaeh is the epitome of luxury. Wide open ocean views stretch across the horizon, and 1.35 acres of landscaped gardens border the villa.
Antique Balinese doors open to the Japanese courtyard and garden, which set the standard high from the first glance. There are several places to enjoy a glass of wine or afternoon snack, especially on the sundeck around the back of the house. Loungers surround the hot tub and pool, which cascades into a grotto on the lower level. Guests can dine around the large dining table beneath the open-air veranda, or take a picnic down to the beach. Nevaeh sits on a half-mile bay with sugar white sand and turquoise waters, so guests can sunbathe and beachcomb as they please. Play tennis or basketball on the Astroturf sports court, or workout in the air-conditioned gym. Between the high-tech golf simulator and the beach volleyball court, there’s truly something for everyone. Sea scooters, stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling equipment, golf carts, a UTV, and kayaks are also available.
Nevaeh’s interior is just as heavenly as its exterior. An elegant living room sits between the courtyard, the media room, and the gourmet kitchen. The media room features a full entertainment system with a 70-inch satellite TV, Blu-Ray, and an Xbox console. A Sonos music system plays throughout the villa, and there’s surround sound in the home theatre. The kitchen features a GE SubZero fridge, a pro-range stove, a farmhouse sink, and a granite-topped breakfast bar. Nevaeh is fully staffed with a property manager, villa supervisor, butler, housekeeper, houseman, and on-call concierge. WiFi and Netflix are available for movie nights, and the crib and high chair accommodate younger travelers.
Five of Nevaeh’s bedrooms are spread throughout both levels of the main house. Three bedrooms are on the ground level, and two are on the upper level. The ground level suites each have a king bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, outdoor shower, and tub. One of the suites is handicap-accessible and has a heated plunge pool on a private, oceanview terrace. The upper level suites are separated by an oceanview gazebo, and both have a king bed, a smart TV, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. One suite has an outdoor shower, as well. Each bedroom has an iPad, a mini fridge, and a stackable washer and dryer.
An independent guest cottage is nestled into Nevaeh’s lush gardens. The cottage has its own kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms perfect for kids, with two queen beds in each. They share a full bathroom and a separate powder room. There’s a third bedroom upstairs with a king bed, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom. Each of the cottage suites have a TV and an iPad. The cabana suite is also independent from the main house, and has its own sundeck, smart TV, iPad, mini fridge, and ensuite bathroom. The cabana suite is furnished with a King bed.
Nevaeh Villa is two miles away from the Cuisinart Resort Golf Course designed by Greg Norman. There are several restaurants nearby in Meads Bay, and Blowing Point Ferry Terminal is only four miles away.
