There’s a landscaped garden, a pool, an outdoor barbecue, and a private gym, so you can spend all day outside if you want. Plus, the bedrooms are separated on three levels, so you could easily share this villa with friends or extended family.

Nirvana has an enviable location at the northernmost tip of Sandy Ground. This four-bedroom villa overlooks the harbor and has 180º views of the sea, St. Maarten, and tropical sunsets.
The villa has a nicely landscaped garden with iron gates, a security alarm, and plenty of parking. Guests can watch ships sail in and out of the harbor from the expansive terrace and balconies. The main level terrace features gorgeous views from the sunny pool, loungers, and the dining table. There’s more dining space on the upper level balcony, as well as a Jacuzzi tub. A private gym with treadmills and resistance equipment is located on the lower level. Sandy Ground’s beach, harbor, and bars are a short drive away.
Nirvana’s spacious living room has soft leather sofas, a 42” plasma TV, a sound system, a desk, and access to the pool deck. Off the living room, there’s a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel GE Profile appliances, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. All four of Nirvana’s bedrooms have air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The master suite is located on the upper level with private galleries on two sides. Its four-poster king bed faces a flatscreen TV that’s hidden in a custom made cabinet at the foot of the bed. The spacious master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and top of the line fixtures. Two bedrooms are on the main level: one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds that can be made into a king. Both of the ensuite bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub, rain shower, and travertine marble flooring. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level, and has a sitting area, a TV, a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub, and a small kitchen.
Nirvana is minutes from Sandy Ground, Crocus Bay, and North Hill Village. Each of these areas has several restaurants and activities, so guests can visit a new local business every day. A housekeeper maintains the villa daily, except for Sundays and holidays.
