Shiloh Estate is a luxurious villa on Rendezvous Bay in the The Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt. This private gated community offers five-star services and access to a world class beach, 18-hole Greg Norman Golf Course, a spa, and gourmet dining.
Shiloh’s architecture is set apart with striking lines and an all-white exterior. The stunning sundeck is outfitted with wooden lounging chairs, multiple dining areas, a canopied daybed, a secluded hot tub, and a stunning lap pool. Beneath the veranda, there is an outdoor living area, a dining table, and oversized lounge chairs so guests can relax in the shade. Guests can also cook outside on the BBQ grill after an afternoon lazing by the pool.
Two cozy sitting areas rest in an alcove just outside the elegant Great Room. Step through the pillared archway to the formal dining area and living space. The elegant kitchen features an impressive center island with storage, a gas stove, and prep space. Stainless steel appliances outfit the space, and a Nespresso machine ensures everyone stays properly caffeinated. French doors open to the veranda and BBQ grill for convenient mealtimes. Both levels have two bedrooms with marbled, ensuite bathrooms. On the main level, there is a queen suite with a private terrace, exterior access, and a flatscreen TV. The king suite on this level has a private terrace and a generous sitting area. On the upper level, there is a queen suite with a private balcony and a king suite with a private balcony and flatscreen TV.
Rendezvous Bay is only a four minute walk away, and the resort provides a complimentary golf cart for guests’ enjoyment. A poolman, gardener, and daily housekeeping maintain the villa.
