Villa Kai, Anguilla villa review
This is the second year in row we have stayed at Villa Kai and if the dates work out, we will back again next year. From arriving and meeting with Erlene and Shelly, the openness, the quiet location, the outdoor showers, and the sunny days by the pool, the villa just doesn't disappoint.
We have been using Shawna and WhereToStay for several years now and will continue booking our vacations through them. The open communication, attention to detail, and overall knowledge of the different islands and villas are unparalleled. We look forward to working with WhereToStay on our next vacation.

Great Vacation
Villa Kai, Anguilla villa review
The Villa is beautiful and situated at a perfect location. The surrounding area is very quiet and the gated villa is very private. The only thing you can constantly hear is the ocean waves (Exactly what you want). The infinity pool is very nice and the pool deck is oversized with a plenty of room for soaking in the sun or retreating from the sun under the large covered sitting area. The large sliding glass doors that open fully to the pool deck are also quite impressive. We have been to Anguilla several times and stayed at other very nice villa's on almost every section of the island. Villa Kai has been the best villa we have stayed at so far. I am not sure after taking this trip that we will be staying at any other villas on the island, as Villa Kai has won us over. As long as it remains up for rent and open at our vacation times, we will probably be staying here. It's a beautiful place and the owners did a wonderful job when this Villa was constructed.
I am going to sum up WhereToStay in one word, HONESTY. We have used Shawna and the WhereToStay team prior to this trip and had great experiences, and will continue to use Shawna for future vacations. She really was a big part of why this vacation was one of our best. We research many different villas for our trip every year and try to decide which one or ones we will be staying at. We had it narrowed down to two different villas for this two week trip as sometimes we like to split the time up between two or three different villas. This way we get to see the different villa's and also stay on different sections of the island. After going back and forth with Shawna on the two villa's we selected, she gave us her honest and knowledgeable opinion of what she thought we were really looking for, what was right for us, and where the best value was. With Shawna's recommendation we decided to stay at Villa Kai for the entire two weeks. It was perfect and we could not be happier. We look forward to working with Shawna on our next Anguilla vacation.

Wonderful Villa

This villa has a great location. It's well appointed and super comfortable. There are great amenities, great staff, and laundry facilities. This clean, safe villa enjoys constant breezes. I really can't come up with any negatives!
Shawna is great, very helpful, and on top of her game!

This year we noticed the exterior could use a little TLC. Not surprising as it takes a constant beating from the wind and the sea.
Maybe just a little miscommunication with on island concierge.
Over all, Vila Kai is still a winner!

I recently stayed at this villa and was thoroughly impressed. The property offers breathtaking views that make every sunrise unforgettable. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or entertaining, with plenty of space to move around and prepare meals comfortably. One of the highlights was the refreshing breezes that flow through the living area, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day.
Ideal for a peaceful getaway or a family vacation. Highly recommended!
