Zenaida offers a great experience at an exceptional value. The beach is down a short, private path, and the villa has a private, night-lit tennis court with a soft Har-Tru surface. There are 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and daily maid and groundskeeping service. There’s also a pool and a Jacuzzi nestled amongst seaside trees, as well as a fitness center.

Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is a gorgeous, private property above Sandy Hill Beach. Zenaida provides a quiet location, immaculate grounds, and beautiful views of St. Maarten and the Caribbean Sea.
A half mile of Anguilla’s famed Sandy Hill Bay is adjacent to the Estate, and can be reached by a short stroll along a winding, gentle path. Snorkeling equipment is provided at the villa, and there’s a great reef nearby at Dropsey Bay. Zenaida has a private tennis court with a soft Har-tru surface, tennis equipment, and lights. The villa also has a Jacuzzi nestled within seaside trees and a freshwater pool with a vanishing edge overlooking the ocean. A tiled patio surrounds the pool on three sides and offers ample room for lolling, sunbathing, and sunset-viewing. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal breakfast location. There’s also a fully-equipped fitness center for exercise, massage, and meditation.
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate features Asian antiques and contemporary furnishings. All rooms, including the Penthouse and Garden Cottage, are sheltered from the tropical sun by wide porches and cooling breezes. The living room and dining area are united in an open, airy space with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen is outfitted with a large, granite island, stainless steel appliances, and cheery, white cabinets. The property is comprised of seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and they’re spread out between two three-bedroom villas and a one-bedroom Garden Cottage. The six main bedrooms consist of five king beds and 1 queen bed. Housekeeping comes daily for 6 hours, and the groundskeeper comes daily for 2 hours.
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is on the eastern side of Anguilla, near East End Village and a 10-minute drive from Shoal Bay. Anguilla is home to over 30 beaches, gourmet beachfront restaurants, and friendly locals. Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, wind surfing, sailing, horseback riding and world class spa facilities are all available on the island.
