Zenaida offers a great experience at an exceptional value. The beach is down a short, private path, and the villa has a private, night-lit tennis court with a soft Har-Tru surface. There are 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and daily maid and groundskeeping service. There’s also a pool and a Jacuzzi nestled amongst seaside trees, as well as a fitness center.

Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is a gorgeous, private property above Sandy Hill Beach. Zenaida provides a quiet location, immaculate grounds, and beautiful views of St. Maarten and the Caribbean Sea.
A half mile of Anguilla’s famed Sandy Hill Bay is adjacent to the Estate, and can be reached by a short stroll along a winding, gentle path. Snorkeling equipment is provided at the villa, and there’s a great reef nearby at Dropsey Bay. Zenaida has a private tennis court with a soft Har-tru surface, tennis equipment, and lights. The villa also has a Jacuzzi nestled within seaside trees and a freshwater pool with a vanishing edge overlooking the ocean. A tiled patio surrounds the pool on three sides and offers ample room for lolling, sunbathing, and sunset-viewing. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal breakfast location. There’s also a fully-equipped fitness center for exercise, massage, and meditation.
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate features Asian antiques and contemporary furnishings. All rooms, including the Penthouse and Garden Cottage, are sheltered from the tropical sun by wide porches and cooling breezes. The living room and dining area are united in an open, airy space with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen is outfitted with a large, granite island, stainless steel appliances, and cheery, white cabinets. The property is comprised of seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and they’re spread out between two three-bedroom villas and a one-bedroom Garden Cottage. The six main bedrooms consist of five king beds and 1 queen bed. Housekeeping comes daily for 6 hours, and the groundskeeper comes daily for 2 hours.
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is on the eastern side of Anguilla, near East End Village and a 10-minute drive from Shoal Bay. Anguilla is home to over 30 beaches, gourmet beachfront restaurants, and friendly locals. Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, wind surfing, sailing, horseback riding and world class spa facilities are all available on the island.

Great for Tennis Fans!
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate, Anguilla villa review
My family of 13 had a lovely stay at Villa Zenaida! The views were stunning and the rooms and furniture were very comfortable. Sadly there was a lot of seaweed built up on the beach but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it from time to time. We even swam. There are so many lovely beaches nearby that it didn’t matter. Our staff was just wonderful and efficient. Regarding food….I highly recommend having dinners and food brought in when you can. We used a Geraurd’s delivery service which was super. The restaurants are very expensive and the food can be average in many places. Additionally, we found that many of the restaurants had poor service. and the tip is always included at 20%. Always. They also all tack on 13% island fee. And, a van for the group to go to dinner was $200…no one tells you this prior to ordering. They charge per person. Our tennis court was in good condition and swept and lined for us every day by the home maintenance man who lived on campus. He was great - the pool and floors are cleaned every day before 6am. Amazing. The tennis rackets need to be re-griped and re-strung. too Our biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was broken. It was on but was lukewarm at best. We are hot tub people and with all the sports we do we really missed having this. I was told it needs to be replaced so there was no option to repair it. Beware that the snorkel gear is mostly broken. We took it on a snorkel trip only to realize when we arrived to snorkel that the masks didn’t hold water. We were dropped off by boat and had no way to obtain new masks. Bummer. The whole box needs to be replaced. The laundry was done for us DAILY. What a treat! The ladies are very kind and work in a stealth-like manner so as not to ever disturb you. Our groceries arrived for us prior to our stay and that was a great service. I will certainly use WheretoStay again and I thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

The Perfect Trip!
Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate, Anguilla villa review
We traveled to Anguila with a group of 12 friends. I worked with Shawna to plan several adventures and surprises for my husband’s 40th. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Beverly was the best! She had breakfast ready for us every morning. We hired Chef Sherman for 3 evenings and loved it so much we added another night! We spent plenty of time exploring the island, but it was always nice to come home to Zenaida! The guys played golf one day and the ladies had a yoga session followed by massages. It was a very relaxing trip. We’ve all tried to figure out when we can go back! Thank you Shawna and the Zenaida team!
