Jolly Harbour #049 is the place to be for an easy, breezy beachfront experience. The villa sits on its own white sand beach just minutes from Jolly Harbour’s bay and marina (check out our map to see the exact location). A private pool and hot tub gives you another swimming option, and the exterior is furnished with dining and lounging space so you can enjoy the ocean view. The interior has not one but two living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a home office, and a laundry room. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite, and the three king suites allows you to bring other couples along for the trip.
Beachfront villa with amazing views!
Jolly Harbour #049 is a luxury, beachfront villa in a tranquil location on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour Marina. The villa extends across one floor, and the soft white sand and sea are a few steps from the house.
Although the villa enjoys its own slice of beach, Jolly Harbour’s sandy bay stretches across the northwestern end of the peninsula. The villa’s outdoor area is designed to help guests relax and unwind with an ocean view, and a small beach with palm trees connects the villa to the harbor. The infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower sit in front of the beach and make it easy for guests of all ages to enjoy the water. The wooden sundeck and veranda are furnished with loungers, a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining table, and a sitting area with a sofa set and coffee table.
The airy, spacious villa greets guests with a lush garden in the middle of the entryway. The dining room and the sitting room are conveniently placed on the same side of the common area. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests, and the sitting room is furnished with plush seating, a coffee table, and cable TV. A small office and powder room sit nearby. Jolly Harbour #049’s kitchen is fully equipped with oversized islands, professional appliances, and two coffee makers. A second sitting room and the laundry room border the kitchen and veranda.
Jolly Harbour #049 has four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and closets. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and one has two twin beds. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, and one also has a tub. The villa has access to a private beautician and masseuse who offers a variety of in-room services, so guests can enjoy massages or salon treatments from the privacy of their own suite.
Jolly Harbour is a marina and residential complex with beachfront and waterfront villas. It provides 24-hour security for complete peace of mind, and is located near the supermarket, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, golf course, and boat and fishing excursions.
