The courtyard’s bowl-shaped fountain and lush Caribbean flowers provide the perfect entrance to Alila’s Zen-inspired interior. A wooden walkway and Oriental koi pond lead into the courtyard and lounge. The mosaic-tiled pool is bordered by greenery, and a wooden bridge leads over the pool to a lounging gazebo. The covered patio shades an outdoor living area, a dining table for 10, and a BBQ grill. Guests of Alila also have access to Sandy Lane Beach Club’s cabanas, chaise lounges, umbrellas, snack bar, washrooms, and showers.
The cozy media room is outfitted with a flatscreen TV, surround sound, board games, and a small library. The kitchen is equally well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and granite countertops. All three of the air-conditioned, lower level bedrooms open to the pool and have an ensuite bathroom. One suite has a king bed, the second has two twins that can be made up as a king, and the third has a queen bed. Upstairs, the master suite takes up the entire floor. This air-conditioned retreat includes a his and hers dressing room, a rain shower, a freestanding outdoor tub, a private terrace, and a super-sized king bed.
