Aquilae enjoys a prime ridgefront position overlooking Barbados’s prestigious West Coast. With half an acre of land, ocean views, and elegant interiors, this single-level home is ideal for couples.

Turquoise water surrounds the villa, from the swimming pool to the sea. Palm trees border the property, and a sundeck runs between the pool and the villa. The sundeck is furnished with loungers, a gas barbecue grill, cushioned sofas and armchairs, a rocking chair, and an al fresco dining table. There’s space to lounge in the sun or shade beneath the veranda and umbrellas. Glass doors slide open to the interior’s high pickled ceilings, elegant design, and warm neutrals. The living room and kitchen sit front and center, and both enjoy the villa’s ocean and sunset views. In the living room, guests can curl up on a cushioned sectional while watching movies on the flatscreen TV or taking in the ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, long countertops, and a breakfast bar. Aquilae offers five air-conditioned bedrooms with exterior access and ensuite bathrooms. The first and second suites connect and have one king bed each. The third and fourth suites also connect and have one king bed each. The fifth suite has a king bed and does not connect to any other bedroom.

Aquilae is less than five minutes from beautiful Reeds Bay Beach, which is home to unspoiled shores, several restaurants, and bars. The historic towns of Holetown and Speightstown are equidistant on either side of the villa, and both have an array of shopping and dining activities.
