This handsomely built coral stone and tropical wood villa has been furnished antique and contemporary pieces. The formal dining room with seating for twelve and a large living room provide space to sit and relax, and the powder room, maids’ rooms, and bath round out the common areas. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sleek cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A laundry room, full pantry, and wet bar are attached.

The bedroom wing is separated from the common area by a landscaped inner courtyard. The air-conditioned master suite is ideally situated with an ocean view, and it features twin dressers, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and bidet. There are two guest suites with their own bathrooms, as well as a study that can be used as an additional bedroom. Each suite has two twin beds that can convert into a king and an ensuite bathroom.
