Capri Manor lies across the street from Gibbs Bay, one of the most naturally tranquil beaches on Barbados. Capri Manor is an ideal family vacation rental, and would be lovely for a garden wedding.
Large, lush tropical foliage surrounds the rectangular swimming pool and deck, which is furnished with armchairs, a hammock, a covered daybed, and a built-in gas BBQ pit. A few steps lead down to a garden Jacuzzi and an outdoor dining area perfect for brunch and morning coffee. Just off the kitchen, there is a screened dining area with a sleek wooden table and seafoam shuttered walls.
Glass French doors lead into the large foyer, and it’s natural teak colored hardwood floors convey a nautical feel. The foyer leads to an airy sitting area and a cozy TV room. Capri Manor’s kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and deck chairs surrounding a casual dining table. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. Three of the four bedrooms have cable TV, and the entire house is fully air-conditioned. Capri Manor is also fully staffed with a housekeeper and a cook who will prepare two consecutive meals a day.
Capri Manor is just across the street from Gibbs Bay and minutes from Mullins Beach. Water sports are nearby, and Speightstown is a short drive away.

Capri Manor July 2021
Capri Manor, Barbados villa review
As far as vacations go I would put Barbados at the top, we arrived in July and went through all of the Covid protocals, which were pretty painless, waited our 24 hours and were cleared to go. The 7 of us (wife, and 5 kids) spent our vacation at Capri Manor, all organized by Andrew at Wheretostay.com and I have to say, the whole experience was excellent. From booking, to executing travel, food shopping, and our housekeeper/chef everything went off without a hitch. I would definitley recommend Capri Manor to anyone staying in Barbados, and Andrew at Wheretostay.com is the best, he will make sure your vacation is flawless. If I could give more than 5 stars, Andrew, his team and this property deserve it.
Absolutely excellent, very attentive and thorough, great recommendations for excursions and kept us informed all along the way.

Capri Manor is an outstanding villa and we loved our stay there. We booked this villa because it looked beautiful, we wanted the beaches and safety of Barbados, and because a cook and housekeeper came with the villa. Capri Manor is even more lovely than the photos, Barbados was a dream, and best of all the cook and housekeeper were excellent! We hope to return soon!
We really appreciated Andrew’s candid advice on where to stay and why, and also his recommendations on activities. The Shasa Catamaran was fantastic!

Capri Manor is just Ok
Capri Manor, Barbados villa review
We vacation to Barbados regularly and love staying in private villas. This house was nice, secluded with beautiful breath taking gardens. The beach was a 10 min walk or a quick 1 min drive. The staff was fantastic and really made us comfortable. We want to give a special thanks to Rosalyn and Katrina who provided excellent service during our stay.
With that said, there were a few quirks with this home. After 10pm there was virtually no water pressure, so if you are planning a long day out and about you must take your shower before 10pm. It took two or more flushes per bathroom use…...the gate to the home did not work properly, and there were no electric outlets in any of the 5 bathrooms. We were also disappointed with the house manager who did not meet and greet. The staff performed all of the duties of the house manager. We requested a scale and our belongings were locked in the safe that we could not open on day one. The house manager did not care for this until the third day into our trip.
Where to Stay performed outstandingly. Great communication from the initial request, pre ordering of food and providing all of the details we needed once we arrived. 5 stars to where to stay and three stars to the Capri Manor.
Fantastic experience as always. Where to Stay knows what they’re doing!! Love working with Andrew!!!
