Church Point #2 is a cozy mix of urban living and island casual. The vaulted ceilings keep the house cool by trapping the off-shore breezes, and the comfortable living space is the perfect place to watch the boats travel by in the harbor. Guests can walk to the beach or relax by the pool, and there are water sports at many of the local beaches. The villa’s cook will prepare three meals a day, and you can enjoy feasts nearly anywhere across the property.

Church Point Two sits in a quiet cul-de-sac minutes away from Holetown, Sandy Lane, and Paynes Bay. This bright and airy beachfront villa provides a tropical garden hideaway for ocean-lovers, snorkelers, and families.
A spacious and sunny garden surrounds the sundeck, which is the perfect place to enjoy nightly sunsets with a cocktail in hand. One of the best snorkeling locations on the West Coast lies beyond the garden gate, and several other beaches can be accessed via a stroll along the boardwalk. At Church Point Two, guests can dine al fresco in one of the several tables on the lawn, relax on the tiled patio, or lounge beneath a large umbrella on the wraparound balcony. An elegant dining table, gourmet grilling station, and cushioned sitting area rests beneath the veranda. Towering palms and leafy trees emphasize privacy around the villa’s plunge pool and lounging deck.
Casual, colorful decor fills the spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room opens to the exterior on three sides and is furnished with a flatscreen TV, plush seating, a dining table, and a library. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and modern finishes. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa, and both enjoy ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. One holds a king bed and the other holds two twins. More privacy can be found in the cottage, which has its own king suite, kitchen, living area, and patio. A cook and housekeeper staff the villa, and the cook will prepare three meals a day.
Church Point Two offers tranquility and convenience, as it’s located minutes from five-star dining, shopping, nightlife, the Limegrove Centre, and Holetown. The Folkstone Marine Park lies along the nearby boardwalk and features snorkeling, a small bay ideal for morning dips, and gorgeous sunset viewings.
