The interior living space is stylishly appointed with formal dining, a telescope, a flatscreen TV, and cushioned seating. A breakfast bar connects the living room to the kitchen, which is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee maker. Laundry and storage facilities sit in a rear hallway, and a powder room rests by the front entrance. Both bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms lie on the other side of the hallway. The master suite holds a king bed, a walk-in closet, a private terrace, and a master bath with a spa pool. The second suite holds two twins that can convert into a king, a closet, and a private terrace. Housekeeping visits three days per week.
