Cuckooland is a desirable villa nestled in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This charming home offers fairway views, resort amenities, central air conditioning, and four beautifully appointed bedrooms.

You’ll feel right at home as soon as you enter the doors, thanks to the seamless transition from the courtyard to the spacious living and dining room, and out to the pool terrace. A chic dining table, ample views, and ceiling fans furnish this space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and stools. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main house, and one is located in a separate guest house near the pool. Two of the bedrooms on the upper level open to terraces with views of the gardens and golf course, and the third bedroom is a twin suite on the main level. The fourth bedroom is a king suite and is located in the guest cottage. Every suite has an ensuite bathroom and pool or garden views.

The large private pool, alfresco dining, and lounging areas make the pool terrace the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Royal Westmoreland offers an exclusive beach club ten minutes away at Mullins Bay which is a popular spot for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing. The resort community is home to a world-renowned golf course, 24-hour security, tennis courts, a fitness center, and varied dining options.
