Half Century House is a luxury villa rental in the Sugar Hill Resort Community. Tasteful neutrals play with coral stone finishes to create an elegant, tropical atmosphere.
The Grecian-inspired pool is surrounded by an expansive lounging deck with by a dining gazebo and covered verandas. The dining gazebo seats 10, and loungers around the pool provide space to sunbathe. There’s also a BBQ grill for laidback meals. The manicured lawn has a playground for tiny travelers, and the Sugar Hill Resort provides floodlit tennis courts, a communal pool, a fitness facility, and 24-hour security.
A carriage porch leads into the welcoming foyer, where an elegant staircase ascends to the first floor. A modern, well-equipped kitchen, a study, and a sunken living room lie behind the foyer and open to the back veranda. Half Century House is staffed with a cook, laundress, and housekeeper, so guests can relax and enjoy their vacation. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large covered balcony. Two of the suites have king beds and one has two twin beds.
The self-contained cottage off the pool deck is ideal for guests or older children who wish to have their own space. Two of the suites have bathtubs and twin beds that can be made up as kings, and the third suite has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Half Century House is staffed with a cook, a laundress, and a housekeeper.
Guests at Half Century House have access to the Royal Westmoreland golf course, which is a few minutes drive away. Half Century House is also positioned within a minute’s walk of the Sugar Hill Resort Clubhouse.
