Supreme location! Private beach cabana!
Happy Trees, a villa designed by architect Totón Sanchez, sits on an acre of landscaped grounds on the Sandy Lane Estate. This villa is handicap and eco-friendly thanks to a flat, seamless layout and environmental features.
The gardens are irrigated by rain water collected in underground tanks. The large infinity saltwater pool can be wheelchair accessed via a ramp from the patio. The gazebo nearby features an ice maker, dining space, and seating. A covered deck leading into the villa provides shade for additional seating and dining space. An iPad on the deck is available to control lighting and music throughout the villa.
The open living and dining room allows guests to adjust lighting and music throughout the house. The home also utilizes LED lighting and insulated sliding doors to conserve energy. A central TV room and large, well equipped kitchen complete the entertaining area. The bedrooms are located in one wing, and each features air-conditioning, an ensuite bath, flat screen TV, Apple TV, and WiFi. The bedrooms have garden views through large glass doors. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a study off to the side.
Happy Trees is minutes from Sandy Lane’s Old Nine golf course and exclusive, villa-guests-only beach club. Water sports at Paynes Bay are a short drive away, and there are several restaurants along the coast.
