Ixora Villa is located off of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course’s 16th fairway. This luxurious villa is ensconced in lush gardens and features four air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are in close proximity to one another, while the fourth is set off by itself for added privacy. In addition to the on-site golf course, the villa also has a freeform swimming pool and elegant outdoor lounging space.

Ixora is an elegant, four-bedroom villa nestled amongst lush gardens on the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. Surrounded by nearly an acre of immaculately kept gardens off the 16th fairway, this villa is the perfect location for a tranquil, relaxing vacation.
The foyer’s high pickled ceiling leads to a tastefully furnished living room, which opens to the covered patio and azure swimming pool. Lounge chairs invite guests to relax with a good book and a drink, and umbrellas shade dining nooks around the deck. Greenery rustles around the sumptuous veranda. Island breezes and ceiling fans waft overhead, and verdant greenery frames the tropical views. Cushioned wicker furnishings provide space to lounge and sip cocktails, while the regal dining set turns every meal into an event.
An airy, sunlit ambience flows throughout Ixora, as both the living room and kitchen open to the veranda. Cream-hued curtains flutter around the living room’s plush furnishings, and the gourmet kitchen’s stainless steel appliances gleam beside the sparkling granite countertops. Ixora also features a small study and powder room. As guests enter the villa, a king suite and twin suite sit to the right of the foyer while a queen suite sits on the left. The fourth bedroom is nestled in a separate wing furnished with a four-poster king bed and a walk-in closet. Each suite offers air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The villa’s staff includes a housekeeper and cook.
The Royal Westmoreland Facility is a gated community with 24-hour security, full beach amenities, and access through Mullins Bay. A spa, clubhouse, restaurant, tennis, golf, and a fitness center are all available. Children’s facilities, including the ‘Kidz Room’, ‘Sports Camp’, and ‘Little Royals Club’ are supervised between 9 am and 4 pm.
