Laughing Waters offers unbelievable luxury and exclusivity in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estates. This luxurious vacation villa offers total privacy and beachfront proximity, an expertly trained team of staff, and access to owners’ club privileges.
Twelve-bedrooms stretch across three separate buildings on this impressive, four-acre villa. Classic Caribbean architecture designed by Larry Warren combines plush opulence with tropical ambience to create an incomparable experience. In the Main House, the regal outdoor space features an expansive, sunbathed terrace, an oblong swimming pool, lush greenery, and cushioned chaise lounges. The lush garden pavilion, paved pathways, and meditation pond add further ambience. The open-aired entertainment space features a big screen and plush furnishings, while the treehouse dining area offers space for unforgettable meals. The villa’s gym rivals any professional gym with cardio machines, resistance equipment, free weights, and walls of mirrors. Stone pillars, elegant lighting, and classical statues surround the villa’s formal outdoor dining space.
Laughing Waters guests can be as connected or separated as they want. WiFi and Bluetooth-enabled surround sound are available all over the property, so any space is ready for however guests want to relax. Even kids have their own special space on property in the playroom, which is fully outfitted for little ones and conveniently tucked away on the property. The villa’s impressive, professionally trained staff includes chefs, butlers, housekeepers, security, and caretakers who are all completely prepared to care for guests in any way.
The three-story Main House holds eight bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms, central air-conditioning, and huge walk-in closets. Three suites have king beds, two have queens, and three have two twin beds each. A few of the master suites in the Main House even have their own living rooms, patios, and soaking tubs. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a Guest House with four bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, an indoor-outdoor common area, a complete kitchen, and a home office. Asian-inspired gardens, koi ponds, and winding paths lead to the Great House, which holds the formal dining space, an Art-Deco bar, and a home theater. All care has been taken to ensure guests’ maximum comfort, including a private gated entrance at the top of the property for added discretion.
Staying at Laughing Waters gives guests access to an all-access luxury vehicle and owners’ privileges at nearby golf, tennis, spa, and resort facilities. Sandy Lane Beach is also a short walk away and offers shaded loungers, butler service, and a beach bar.
