Great family villa!
Leamington House sits in the exclusive Leamington Estate, in the parish of St. Peter. This villa was home to the American Ambassador for many years, and retains a regal quality with colonial features.
The villa’s lengthy plunge pool sits in the middle of an expansive deck, with easy access to the outdoor living and dining area. Inside, the living and dining room are separated solely by two elegant columns. An additional living area that opens to the pool terrace sits opposite the dining room, and features a flat screen TV and garden view. Guests can opt to use the villa’s cook, or use the well-equipped kitchen themselves. The billiards room opens to the ground level bedroom, which features two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The entryway of the villa has several sitting areas, and a grand staircase leads to the upper level. The upper level holds four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and ceiling fan. Two of these bedrooms have twin beds with the option for a king, one bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed. There’s also an office that has two twin bunk beds for additional guests.
A private pathway leads from the villa’s gardens to the beach on Godings Bay. It’s a short drive from Mullins Beach’s many restaurants and attractions.
