Inside, the living and dining room are separated solely by two elegant columns. An additional living area that opens to the pool terrace sits opposite the dining room, and features a flat screen TV and garden view. Guests can opt to use the villa’s cook, or use the well-equipped kitchen themselves. The billiards room opens to the ground level bedroom, which features two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The entryway of the villa has several sitting areas, and a grand staircase leads to the upper level. The upper level holds four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and ceiling fan. Two of these bedrooms have twin beds with the option for a king, one bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed. There’s also an office that has two twin bunk beds for additional guests.

A private pathway leads from the villa’s gardens to the beach on Godings Bay. It’s a short drive from Mullins Beach’s many restaurants and attractions.
