Madison at Sandy Lane is a luxury villa with panoramic ocean views and access to Sandy Lane Beach Club. This vacation rental is extremely private, surrounded by 1.6 acres of lush greenery.

Double electric gates open to the circular driveway, and there’s plenty of parking between the double garage and expansive driveway. Around the back, there is an expansive sundeck with a turquoise infinity pool, chaise lounges, and a diving board. An open air gazebo with shutters, a cushioned sectional, and a ceiling fan sits poolside. Madison overlooks the Sandy Lane Golf Course and the ocean on the horizon.

The entryway’s port cochere leads into the foyer, where an ocean view is perfectly framed by the entrance archway. The living room is elegantly outfitted with pale wooden floors, neutral furnishings, and tons of windows. There is also a formal dining area seats eight in plush velvet chairs. Madison also features a gourmet kitchen and a separate laundry area. There are three suites with private balconies on the ground floor, and two of the bedrooms overlook the sundeck and swimming pool. On the second floor, there is a master suite with a lounge, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.

Madison at Sandy Lane is fully staffed with a housekeeper, laundress, and a cook. The Old Nine golf course surrounds three sides of the property, and guests can access the course from the villa’s west garden. Guests also have access to the famous Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club, which provides food, beverages, and complimentary use of its sun loungers and umbrellas.
