Point of View Villa is a five-bedroom villa in the heart of the Sandy Lane Estate. Thanks to its central location and elegant design, this villa is a hot spot for weddings and special events. The gardens create a stunning backdrop for photographs and ceremonies, and the five ensuite bedrooms are perfect for accommodating two families or a group of friends. Villa guests also get exclusive access to Sandy Lane Beach Club’s beachside cocktail service, reserved loungers, and the members-only lounge.
Wonderful views and outside eating area
Point of View enjoys panoramic ocean views over the Platinum Coast of Barbados. This five-bedroom villa sits on the top ridge of Sandy Lane Estate surrounded by two acres of mature tropical gardens, and gorgeous sunsets grace the horizon each evening.
Upon entering Point of View, guests are greeted by a tranquil Koi pond and leafy palms. Sunbathe with a cold rum punch in one of the villa’s loungers on the expansive deck or dive into the large swimming pool. The pool features a wading area, natural stone, and cobalt mosaic tiles, and receives full sun all day. The adjacent gazebo is the perfect spot for a card game, iced tea, and a good book. Paths lead to the veranda, which shades al fresco dining, living space, and an abundance of plush seating. The housekeeper, laundress, and gardener keep Point of View in tip-top shape.
Inside, the air-conditioned living room is the perfect place to relax with a book, practice scales on the keyboard, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Point of View also offers two beautiful dining areas and an onsite cook, so guests can enjoy local ‘Bajan’ delicacies without lifting a finger. A breakfast bar separates the formal dining area from the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, an expansive layout, and garden views. The serene TV room provides more space to relax and has access to the pool deck, a library, and a full entertainment center. All five bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main house, and the other two are in private cottages. Each of the suites open to a garden patio or the pool deck, and the ensuite bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. Four of the suites have king beds, and one has two twins.
Guests staying at Point of View have full access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility. The facilities include complimentary beach loungers, umbrellas, a full service bar, and onsite restrooms.
