Portico 1 is an oceanfront, three-bedroom resort villa with 3,500 square feet of living space, luxurious furnishings, and outstanding amenities. The Portico resort community sits on Batts Bay and has full security for peace of mind.
Frameless sliding glass doors open to a wide, private terrace with a plunge pool and ocean views. The Portico complex features heated Jacuzzis and underground parking. Guests can swim laps in the 80 ft. long pool or visit the private gym and sauna. A bridge leads across the pool to the beach. Portico 1’s glamorous features include a kinetic hanging sculpture, a marble stairway, and a glass-front elevator overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Portico’s buildings are handicap accessible, including the pool areas.
Inside, the open floor plan incorporates a living room, dining, and a gourmet kitchen. There’s also wine storage, a separate staff area, and a remote-controlled garage. Portico’s tech includes sound and lighting control panels, surround sound, light sensors, and Apple TV. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Two suites have twin beds that can convert into a king, and the master suite has a king bed. The master suite also features glass doors opening to a private terrace. A housekeeper, cook, and security guard staff the villa.
Eco-friendly amenities abound at the Portico complex. The building design maximizes natural light and cool breezes, while tinted, double glazed windows reduce heat and noise. Energy efficient bulbs, heat insulators, solar panels, glass and plastic recycling, and a Toshiba SMMS air-conditioning system reduce the resort’s consumption. The resort’s fitness center offers panoramic ocean views, an entertainment system, changing rooms, showers, a sauna, and an 85-ft heated infinity edge lap pool.
The Portico complex is situated on a 15 ft. bluff opposite one of the island’s best diving reefs, the Stavronika. Portico 1 is ten minutes north of Bridgetown and ten minutes south of Holetown. The resort is also close to shopping, groceries, and nightlife.
