The broad, private balcony has a plunge pool and ocean views via frameless sliding glass doors. Guests of the Portico complex have access to the hot heated Jacuzzis, communal pool, private gym and sauna,  and underground parking garage. Portico’s buildings are handicap accessible, including the pool areas.

The inside has a living area and a gourmet kitchen that are both part of the open floor concept. The technology at Portico includes satellite TV, one touch lighting, and surround sound. There are three bedrooms, and each one has its own en suite. The master bedroom has a king bed with sliding glass doors that lead out to a balcony. There is a king-sized bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third.
