Reeds House #12 fits a lot of luxury into a cozy penthouse suite. There’s two levels of outdoor living, one with a dining and reading nook and the other with loungers and a hot tub. I love how open the villa is, all three of the bedrooms open to the terrace. In fact, the third bedroom on the top level is my personal favorite, because its so spacious and has an entire wall of glass sliding doors that opens to the upper terrace. The view from the terrace is panoramic, since the penthouse hovers over the beach. I would recommend this villa for your next romantic getaway if you want luxurious accommodations, beach access, and nearness to two world-class golf courses.
Reeds House provides spacious beachfront luxury
Reeds House Penthouse has beachfront views of the ocean on Reeds Bay, St. James. The property has 24-hour security, beach access, and two levels of living space.
On the main level, the covered dining terrace overlooks the beach, and is connected to the living room. A ceiling fan cools the area, and the balcony is the perfect spot to take in the view. The dining terrace blends with the lounging balcony, which opens to the living room. A flat screen, cable TV and long sectional distinguish the space from the nearby kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware. The air-conditioned Master Suite is also on this level. The Suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath with a large corner tub, separate shower room, and a private sitting area with a wet bar. There’s an additional bedroom on this level with two twin beds and an ensuite bath.
On the second level, a rooftop terrace with covered dining enjoys a panoramic ocean view. There’s a wet bar off to the side for cocktails and drinks, and loungers to recline in. Relax in the hot tub as the sun sets over the horizon. The third bedroom is also on the second level, with an ensuite bathroom and nautical decor. This bedroom completely opens to the rooftop terrace along one wall. All three of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and exterior access to terraces with ocean views.
Reeds House Penthouse sits between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove hotels, and is a few minutes away from duty-free shopping and restaurants in Holetown. The world-class golf courses at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland are also a short drive away.
