Reeds House is a private development located right on the beach in Barbados. Penthouse #13 is a comfortable 2-bedroom unit with great views of the ocean. The lower level of the Penthouse includes a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There’s also a small terrace for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second bedroom is in the upper level of the Penthouse and there’s a private roof deck for taking in the sunset views. The condo also offers a pool, however the beach is only steps away. Reed’s House is also conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and bars.

The Reeds House Condominium Complex is ideally situated directly on the sandy beaches of Reeds Bay within a tropical garden setting. The clear waters of the Caribbean Sea are on your doorstep for swimming, snorkeling, and other water sport activities. Car parking, a receptionist, 24-hour security, and private sun beds and umbrellas are all included for the peace and enjoyment of your holiday.
With panoramic views from every room, the newly refurbished Penthouse #13 provides comfortable accommodations for 2 to 4 people. A well-appointed kitchen opens into the living room where you can relax and watch satellite TV, a video, or listen to music, and the adjoining small covered dining terrace overlooks the Caribbean Sea.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom with marble fittings, large corner bathtub, a separate shower unit, and double vanity sinks. The Master also has a walk-in closet and a small terrace overlooking the gardens, beach, and sea.
The second floor boasts a private roof deck with thriving tropical plants. A second bedroom has recently been added, offering a queen-size bed and great sunset views. A covered dining area with wet bar leads guests onto the sun terrace where they can relax on comfortable sun-beds or step into their own private spa-pool.
Reeds House is a secluded boutique beachfront development between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove Hotels. Sandy Lane and the Royal Westmoreland golf courses are a only 5-10 minute drive away, as are several tennis clubs and health spas. This stretch of coastline, commonly known as the Platinum Coast, is home to some of the Caribbean’s finest restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by in Holetown and Speightstown.

Penthouse #13 can be rented with Penthouse #14 to accommodate a larger group, as the two penthouses have inter-connecting doors that can be linked through the patios.
