Sandy Cove #302 is a stylish, beachfront villa on the picturesque Platinum Coast. This villa is one of 15 rentals set amongst two lush acres of beachfront property.
This three-bedroom rental is part of the Sandy Cove development, which offers a communal pool, sauna, gym, and beach access. The villa itself, which is located on the third floor, has its own expansive balcony with an outdoor kitchenette, living area, dining table, and a plunge pool. Gorgeous ocean vistas stretch across the horizon, and sliding glass doors completely pull back to open the interior to the view. In the elegantly decorated living area, guests can relax on plush sofas and armchairs while watching movies on the flatscreen TV. There’s a breakfast bar between the living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with sleek cabinetry, modern appliances, and wraparound countertops. Each of Sandy Cove #302’s king suites offer an ensuite bathroom, although one suite can also be made up with two twin beds if guests prefer.
Sandy Cove is within walking distance of several beachfront restaurants, and enjoys a prime location in the most developed region of Barbados. The majority of the island’s businesses and attractions are located within a short drive of the villa.

Quiet and relaxing
Sandy Cove #302, Barbados both review
The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and yet comfortable. There was an elevator to get your bags up to the room which was great. The complex is rather quiet, so it was definitely a rest and relaxation type of vacation.
The pool was lovely as was the plunge pool - refreshing but not too cold!! Not a lot of beach to walk along, but great swimming with a reef not far off that provides for great snorkeling. We were able to walk to a nearby resort and organize jet ski rentals as well as snorkeling equipment.
The complex is next door to The Cliff and The Cliff Beach Club - fabulous to be able to walk to such terrific restaurants. Lots of other great restaurants within a 5-10 minute car ride.
Reggie the chef was fantastic - such a lovely man and beautiful presentation of the food at every meal he served us. The Payne’s Bay Fish Market is a short walk and Reggie prepared fabulous tuna and kingfish!
Tammy was super. The unit was spotless every day she was there and our laundry was always done and ironed. Such a treat.
Overall the pictures on the website are true depictions of the unit - it truly is spectacular. A front row seat to fabulous sunsets every night.
Andrew was a gem. We had some issues initially booking a unit and he worked with us and ensured we ended up where we wanted to be in Barbados. All of his communication with us was timely and friendly. We would definitely work with him again!
