Sapphire Beach #209 is a 3-bedroom holiday home located on beautiful Dover Beach on the south coast of Barbados near St. Lawrence Gap. This well-appointed condominium on the second floor is attractively furnished and enjoys great views of the Caribbean Sea and Barbados’ famous white sand beaches.
This tastefully decorated condo features solid rich wood furniture with splashes of tropical colors, creating the perfect Caribbean atmosphere. The master bedroom opens onto a private covered patio overlooking two lagoon-style swimming pools and allows for a great view of the ocean. The open plan living and dining area also opens onto the spacious patio, inviting you to linger and enjoy the views and ocean breeze. With ample room and stunning views of the Sea, the patio is the perfect locale for dining alfresco.

Sapphire Beach #209, Barbados villa review
Our family of 5 stayed 8 nights at Sapphire Beach condo #209. The gated community is superb, the 24-hour security is friendly and helpful, and the on-site concierge is friendly and helpful. We rented a large car and it was nice to have a secure parking space for it, as parking is otherwise quite limited.
The villa is very spacious and well-appointed with high-quality furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, and the washer and dryer work very well. The kitchen is the best of any Caribbean kitchen I’ve cooked in, and we travel often! There are more than sufficient dishes, excellent cookware, all the knives and cooking tools you might need, and the appliances all work very well.
The balcony is wonderful - enough seating for 6-8. It would be nice to have a dining table on the balcony. The air-conditioning worked very well and was locally controllable in each room, which was perfect as our family has different preferences and each could have it their way! The beach is terrific, sandy outside the water and 95% sandy in the water - a few rocks here and there, but really nice! We swam nearly every day and snorkeled often, as there are sea turtles swimming out front every day and it was fun to swim with them. The waves out front aren’t really sufficient for boogie boarding, but there are other beaches on the island for that. We dined at Daddy’s Place next to the restaurant, and the jerk chicken was amazing! We also dined at Bliss across the street, and their waffle breakfasts and specialty shakes are terrific.
