Access the soft sand of Paynes Bay via a private pathway with a keyed gate. This property is the only one in the complex with its own swimming pool, and it boasts water features, an outdoor patio, and al fresco dining. Retractable glass doors frame the ocean view and lead into the chic common area. This space incorporates the living room, dining nooks, and the kitchen. The whole interior has a neutral color scheme, sleek finishes, and an open floor plan. Marbled countertops and stainless steel appliances furnish the kitchen, and there’s cable TV in the living room. The Villa at St. James is staffed with housekeeping and 24-hour security.
All four bedrooms are bathed in natural light and have walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. The spacious master suite has direct patio access and stunning views through its wall-to-wall glass doors. It sits just off the living room and features a large ensuite bathroom with the rain shower, a standalone tub, and elegant finishes. The second suite is located nearby, while the third and fourth suites are situated near the northern side of the property. The fifth bedroom is in a separate annex and can be accessed from the condo and the parking lot. This suite features a living area, dining, a kitchenette, and a queen bed.
