Wavecrest - Coral Point 1, Barbados villa review
Wavecrest was wonderful from beginning to end. Our kids were able to come down and they also thoroughly enjoyed it. The gift of Mike’s rum punch was also a treat. The maid service we had , along with the cook we had were great. ( I am awful w/names ). And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Johnnie and his crew. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Wavecrest

Wonderful Stay
Wavecrest - Coral Point 1, Barbados villa review
Our stay at Wavecrest was great. Beautiful views, nice pools and a comfortable villa. Jackie, our housekeeper, was great. Gillian was available if any issues came up. The only disappointment was the sargassum that had washed up on our beach. We were still able to swim/body surf, but the beach wasn't ideal for laying out on. The beaches on the other side of the island were unaffected.
No issues at all. Professional, timely communication.

Stunning, peaceful setting
Wavecrest - Coral Point 1, Barbados villa review
This is a lovely, private villa sitting on what seems like a peninsula with water views from every vantage point. We travel a lot and have stayed in many homes - this has one of the most stunning settings we’ve ever been in. Even though there were only two of us it is a large home with plenty of space. The kitchen is a bit dated but you have all the supplies you need if you choose to cook at home. You could either enjoy your days at the house or explore via car. If you want to explore you do need a car. There is one lovely restaurant within walking distance. There are a myriad of walks you can take right from the house, Cranes Beach is right down the road and Bathsheba is a wonderful day trip. Given the setting and amenities it was quite easy to stay at the villa and not go wandering. The views are truly stunning from the back and side by the pool and it a peaceful oasis to just hangout and relax. There is a beach literally at the side of the house although the water can be rough on that side of the island - it almost seems like your own private beach since very few people would venture down during the day. The private pool overlooks the beach and the patio furniture is clean and comfortable. This place is well worth the visit.
Our experience was excellent. They were prompt, efficient and helpful. The level of communications was great and the depth of direction and information provided was very helpful. They were easy to work with and I felt comfortable and secure in our plans. Even though we changed our dates, they were accommodating and quick to help us figure it out. I would absolutely work with them again. Thanks for a great trip.

We keep coming back!
Wavecrest - Coral Point 1, Barbados villa review
With the addition of the infinity pool, there is no reason to leave the villa.
Jackie keeps things clean, and Johnny keeps us safe. Also, the management team is attentive, and makes sure that the groceries you order are in the refrigerator and ready - including cold beer. The local fishermen will bring you the catch of the day.
This is truly the perfect place to completely relax and enjoy each other. You can enjoy reading, swimming, taking naps and sipping that rum and coke at the end of the day as you watch the ocean waves.
We will be back in June 2008 for two weeks.
