Westland Heights 9 is a chic choice for your next Barbados vacation. It’s on the west coast, which is one of the most envied locations on the island, and it’s well-designed for both children and grownups. Westland Heights 9 lies within a luxurious gated community on the west coast of Barbados. Ocean views abound from both the ground and first floor, and thick gardens provide privacy.
Rare tropical plants and trees add elegance to the villa’s expansive outdoor space. A winding stone path leads to the dining gazebo nestled amongst lush palm trees. In the center of the lounging deck, there’s an infinity edge pool with a wading area and a waterfall. Daybeds and loungers furnish the deck, while the wraparound veranda is furnished with cushioned armchairs and dining sets. A Japanese-inspired koi pond mirrors the grand foyer, and handcrafted stonework forms a doorway to the front courtyard.
The bright, modern interior features central air-conditioning, WiFi, and sunburst archways. The lounge opens to the veranda on two sides and frames the wet bar, which connects to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and pale green cabinetry. The formal dining room seats ten guests beneath a voguish chandelier and opens to the veranda, while the insulated media room features an entertainment system and plush seating.
Westland Heights 9’s air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spread across two levels. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys a four-poster king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private balcony with ocean views. The second suite also has a private balcony upstairs, and its two twin beds can be made into a king. Downstairs, there’s a twin suite with pool deck access and beds that can be made into a king. The final two suites are downstairs and have double beds, but only one has pool deck access.
