Windfall is a plantation-style Barbadian villa marked by stunning design and manicured gardens. With modern amenities and a full staff (excluding chef), this villa is ideal for a family vacation.
The property’s most notable feature is its indoor, open-air pool with a retractable canopy and ambience lighting. The surrounding deck blends seamlessly into the main living area and bar, and there are two main dining areas as well as a BBQ grill. There’s also a garden gazebo that seats ten. Upstairs, there’s a cocktail lounge. Windfall is set in a gated community that’s off-limits to the general public, and its guests have access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel’s beach facilities.
A security system, Sonos music system, SmartTVs, washer/dryer, and WiFi give Windfall the creature comforts of home. There are four entertaining areas and four dining areas, so everyone has plenty of room to spread out. There’s also a large media room with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, books, and board games. The spacious kitchen features bar-top dining, stainless steel appliances, an espresso maker, and several cabinets to store food for a large group. Windfall is ideal for families with young kids, especially since the pool can be seen from the main living area and the kitchen. This stunning five-bedroom villa has two master suites, which makes it ideal for more than one family. Windfall sleeps ten, and all six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, and hairdryers. Both master suites are upstairs and have SmartTVs, bath tubs, and showers. Downstairs, there’s another king suite with a SmartTV and a shower. The queen suite and twin suite are also downstairs, as well as a powder room.
Windfall is located only minutes from the Royal Westmoreland Golf Club, Sugar Hill Estate, and Apes Hill Polo Club. It’s within easy reach of the West Coast beaches, luxury shopping, fine dining, and nightlife.
