The Point Estate at Moskito Island offers all-inclusive luxury in the British Virgin Islands.  This resort villa sleeps 22 guests and rests on a cliffside with scenic views.

With exclusive access to the island’s white sand beach, The Point Estate has one of the advantageous locations on Moskito Island. At the heart of the estate, there is an open common area with an infinity pool, a veranda, and lounging space. The infinity pool features underwater skylights, a swim-up bar, a floating platform with loungers, and several wading areas. Guests can enjoy sunsets and cocktails from the Crow’s Nest deck, elevated above the sea. Spend the afternoon riding the villa’s Hobie and kite boards on the water, hiking along walking trails, or playing rounds of tennis on the island’s expansive courts. There’s also a well-stocked game room with foosball, billiards, chess, and table tennis.

The Point Estate is sprawled across four levels and sleeps up to fourteen adults and eight children. There are two master suites with spectacular ocean views: one rests on the hilltop, and one rests on the lower edge of the cliff. Each suite has a king bed, a lounge, a private terrace, and indoor and outdoor showers. The Hilltop suite also has a staircase winding up to a private home office. There are five guest rooms spread across the estate, and each is in its own cottage with stunning ocean views, ensuite bathrooms, and large private terraces. Some of the cottages feature a lounge connecting two suites, and some have only one suite. The bunkroom is an excellent option for families, as it comfortably sleeps eight children. This space rests next to the game room just below the pool, and is packed with books, games, and toys.

Moskito Island is one of the world’s most exclusive private islands and sprawls across 125 acres. Spa treatments, water sports, tennis, and kids’ activities are all provided by the island staff. A chef, laundress, and housekeeper staff the villa and provide around-the-clock service. The Point Estate’s all-inclusive status includes all meals and drinks (including alcoholic drinks) served at any location on the island, fridges stocked with snacks and replenished daily, and tailor-made menus to suit any dietary needs or preferences.
