Cohoba House rests within the desirable Belmont Estate footsteps from the secluded Smugglers Cove. This elegantly tropical villa includes three separate pavilions connected by a coral-tiled terrace.

A private gate leads to secluded terraced gardens with panoramic ocean and sunset views. A dining porch seats twelve for effortless barbecues and provides seating for moonlit cocktail hours. The pool sits in the center of the property surrounded by loungers, while an adjacent staircase leads down to the lower level’s gardens. Each level and pavilion has private terraces and balconies where guests can relax and take in the view.

Shuttered French doors connect the pool terrace to the living pavilion’s gourmet kitchen, indoor grill and wet bar, and air-conditioned dining room. Vibrant decor elevates the plush, neutral armchairs and sofas that are perfect for settling into during movie nights. The living room’s entertainment system includes a DVD/Blu-ray player, a sound system, 42” and 24” flatscreen Direct TV’s, a movie library, books, and board games. The indoor grill and wet bar sits between the living room and the kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a food processor, a blender, a coffeemaker, and wraparound countertops. A stereo system and WiFi runs throughout the property, and the laundry room offers a washer, dryer, and ironing board.

The master suite, ensuite bathroom, and den occupy the main house’s second level. A queen suite with a private deck sits on the lower level. The two-story guest house offers two king suites with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. Every bedroom aside from the master suite is exterior access only. A crib and Pack-n-Play are also available.
