Turtle Bay House, British Virgin Islands villa review

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay. It was very peaceful and the view was amazing. And we could hear the surf too, even over the AC. Having the beach below so close was a plus since it only took a few minutes to get there when we wanted to swim in the sea. We also loved the location mid-island as it was easy to visit the other parts of the island easily and we were close to Savannah Bay and Spanish Town. SugarCane Restaurant, in the Nail Bay community. was top notch. We had the best food and service there. The villa is on our list to return!

All of the staff we interacted with at WTS were excellent. From my interactions with Jean and then concierge Lori and finally on-site manager Debbie. Your team did a great job of answering questions all during the process (we had booked almost a year out) in a timely, friendly and thorough way. Debbie went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out of the house!! The house was immaculately clean. Your upfront communication was far and above what we have received from other villa rental companies. We appreciated that we had the use of the washer and dryer. We were able to wash bath and dish towels etc when the maid was not visiting. Much appreciated the quality of the furniture in the house, on the decks and the beach chairs too.
