Cos Kai is a fully air-conditioned, two-story, beachfront villa in Cayman Kai. Cayman Kai is a private resort neighborhood within the Rum Point District on the north coast. This vacation rental is a great choice for a large family or multiple couples, with sunsets over the ocean and a beach in the backyard.
A pristine beach is out back, so guests can SCUBA, snorkel, or sunbathe whenever they like. Recline in lounge chairs or snooze in a palm-shaded hammock all afternoon, and cook an oceanfront meal on the propane grill. Cos Kai’s spacious screened porch has a round dining table, chaise lounges, and bar with an ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The villa’s open, airy architecture has multiple oceanfront sliding glass doors and air-conditioning throughout. Several oceanfront windows and sliding doors fill the living area, kitchen, and bar with sunlight and ocean views. Cos Kai has a large, modern kitchen with a pass-through window to the screened porch. The private media room has an entertainment center and plush sofas.
There are two bedrooms on the main level, both with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, fridge, walk-in closet, and DVD player. It opens to the terrace and has an ocean view, which makes this room ideal for a couple. The other bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a twin sofa bed, which is perfect for a family or children. There are three bedrooms on the upper level, each suitable for children or families to share. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and queen sofa bed, and the other has a twin/double bunk. The third bedroom is the Master Suite, which is spacious and open. It has a king-sized bed, queen sofa bed, TV, fridge, walk-in closet, and access to a balcony that spans the width of the villa. There’s even a private sitting room with its own balcony.
Only a 5 minute walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club and a 10 minute walk to the Rum Point Club, Cos Kai is perfect for guests who want a beachfront location and spacious layout.
