A few steps lead down to the residential beach, is the perfect place for guests to explore the waters. If the ocean becomes too much, the villa’s lap pool has a shallow wading area with chaise lounges and a poolside veranda with sofa seating. The sunbathed dock with Adirondack chairs is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning, and the second story’s railed balcony is ideal for cocktails at sunset. Crystal Waters enjoys panoramic views of the North Sound, the Stingray Sandbar, and catamarans crossing from Camana Bay to Rum Point.
An open floor plan connects the living and dining rooms and a modern kitchen. Sun streams into the living room, which is furnished with plenty of seating and an entertainment center.
